120 grams salad leaves

120 grams kala­mata olives, sliced in half

1 or­ange, peeled and seg­mented

½ red onion, thinly sliced

OR­ANGE VINAI­GRETTE

1 large or­ange

2 tea­spoons finely chopped shal­lots

1 tea­spoon agave or honey

2 tea­spoons sea­soned rice vine­gar

120ml sun­flower oil

2 tea­spoons ex­tra-virgin olive oil

¼ tea­spoon or­ange oil (op­tional)
