2 medium beet­root, grated (ap­prox 2 cups)

½ bunch fresh mint

¼ cup lime (or lemon) juice

¼ cup olive oil

1½ tea­spoon good salt

3 tea­spoons ta­mari

1 ta­ble­spoon bal­samic vine­gar

Black or white se­same seeds, to gar­nish

Freshly cracked pep­per, to gar­nish
