Tonight’s chal­lenge is to make kids’ party food, the kind of stuff to­day’s mod­ern kids rarely see (un­less it’s gluten/dairy/nut/fat/fun free). But there’s a catch, of course. One of the dishes must fea­ture an in­gre­di­ent kids hate — brus­sels sprouts. Even some of the adults don’t like them. Pint-sized judges will have their say on who has cre­ated the best party feast.
