CUT PRICE XT

Herald Sun - Motoring - - News -

THE opening shot has been fired in the latest battle between Ford and Holden.

Ford’s entry-level XT will start at $36,490 for the fivespeed automatic, undercutting the Holden Commodore Omega by $300.

But the F6 is $500 more than the previous BF III XT, thanks largely to the new auto.

Ford is claiming a significant reduction in prices across its realigned luxury range.

The G6 starts at $39,990.
