Sprint­cars head the line-up for speed­way finale

WAR­RNAM­BOOL’S Sun­gold Milk Sta­dium will hold the fi­nal meet­ing of the 2007-08 speed­way sea­son on Sun­day.

The high­light of the af­ter­noon will be round four of the SRA Brodix Se­ries for 360 Sprint­cars.

The race is a qual­i­fier to the Brodix Tour­na­ment of Cham­pi­ons, held an­nu­ally at Knoxville Race­way in Iowa, US, each Au­gust. Other classes to com­pete at War­rnam­bool are the NOS Sprints, Street Stocks, Ju­nior Sedans and Pro­duc­tion Sedans.

Gates open at 11am and rac­ing is from noon. Adults $10, chil­dren free.

There will be a jump­ing cas­tle for the kids and can­teen fa­cil­i­ties.
