THE Mustangs join the legal off-street drag racing crowd at Calder Park on Sunday in a fundraiser for the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

Given the good cause, sponsors have given a ute-load of prizes, including rides in a modern and a 1967 Mustang, a poster signed by Kylie Minogue and Meguiars car-care packs.

The event had been scheduled for tomorrow, but like many events in Melbourne, had to adjust for the AFL Grand Final replay.

The event will feature Mustang convertibles, coupes and fastbacks from 1964 to this year, along with rare Shelby Mustangs.

Drag race entry fees are $80 for street cars and bikes (includes driver and one crew) and $130 for competition vehicles (includes driver and three crew). Spectator entry is $40 a family, $25 for adults, with under-18s free.

Gates open for competitors at 11am and for the public at 1pm, with racing from 1-8pm. Ph: 9091 0800 or go to www.calder
