Win a Peugot in vote for top car

Herald Sun - Motoring - - Industry News -

IF YOU think you know your cars, you could win one of this year‘s best by voting for a new Australian hero. The top car at the Australian International Motor Show, as judged by readers, will win a special award. One of the readers who votes will also win a stunning new Peugeot RCZ. Each carmaker at the motor show is nominating a vehicle on their stand as their entry in the Car of the Motor Show. It can be a concept car, an exotic sports car, a locally built hero, a fuel-sipping eco star or even a model designed to win in the sales stakes. Entering at the Motor Show in Sydney is as easy as voting for your choice by SMS, using the code on the stand beside the car. But if you cannot get to Sydney for the show you can also enter the contest using the details in next Friday, voting by SMS from a gallery of the contenders. The Peugeot RCZ is the prize because of its impact on the road. The two-door coupe costs about $70,000 in the 200th Anniversary edition, is powered by a 2.0-litre turbodiesel and also scores a carbon-fibre roof, premium pearl white metallic paint, 19-inch Sortilege alloy wheels set off by matt black brake callipers — and the RCZ carbon-fibre luggage set. The winner of the RCZ will be selected at random from all those who vote, no matter which car they voted for.
