CAT sales landmark

Herald Sun - Motoring - - Big Wheels -

The first CAT truck sold in Australia has hit the road. Victorian and Tasmanian CAT dealer William Adams has delivered a CT630 to a Hobart freight operator. SRT Logistics will use the C15-powered machine to deliver soft drinks in a b-double configuration. ‘‘We took delivery a few weeks ago and we’re looking forward to a great experience over its life,’’ says SRT Logistics managing director Jim Miller. SRT Logistics has been operating since 1980 and now has 30 prime movers in Tasmania and Victoria.
