MX-5 gets new look

MAZDA this week launched 200 MX-5 Spe­cial Edi­tion mod­els with styling and sus­pen­sion up­grades for the reg­u­lar $47,200 cost. Up­grades in­clude Bil­stein-tuned sus­pen­sion, strut tower bar, painted 17-inch al­loys, grey leather seats and two new colours — grey mica and black mica — on top of the ex­ist­ing pal­ette. Mazda has pro­duced 900,000 MX-5s since April 1989, mak­ing it the world’s best­selling two-seat sports car.
