Sharp pricing on the Holden Cruze convinced Nick Hristo to look more closely at the Adelaide-built Series II model for his 19-year-old daughter, Paree.
They signed up for a Cruze SRi-V, with the extra incentives of the year-end sales sealing the deal.
‘‘I’ve been looking for a car for her for a while and I think the Cruze is good value for money — it’s fairly wellequipped,’’ Nick says. He went for the extended warranty. ‘‘Trouble-free motoring for five years was a big factor. The deals are good,’’ he says.
The family hasBMWand Subaru vehicles in the driveway, as well as a 1968 Camaro which is rarely driven.
‘‘I’ve never been a Holden person as such, but I think it represents good value. My daughter’s pretty happy, she’s seen it and driven it — it was her choice,’’ he says.
‘‘She liked the CDX but we kept walking around the showroom. She spotted the SRiV and that was it.’’
