WHATIS IT? Long-wheelbase Range Rover WHYTHE FUSS? Potential seven-seater WHEN’S IT HERE? Some time in 2014 HOWMUCH? More than $150,000 A seven-seater Range Rover is finally on the cards with the release of the allnew British flagship. Carparazzi has caught the car testing with an extended wheelbase and much longer rear doors, pointing to a more luxurious version for the Chinese market as well as the potential for a seven-seater family variant for the first time.

Paul Gover It’s all about the wheels. The bigger alloys point to the Renault Clio GT, another coming addition to the fourth-generation Clio line-up. It won’t be as hot as the Clio RenaultSport but the GT is expected to have a 1.2-litre turbo engine and, perhaps, a Gordini badge. The 3 Series GT has shed its plastic cladding during final testing. There are still camouflage stickers but the shape is clear, including the extra side window added beneath the new curving roof. It’s the latestBMWcrossover coupe after the X6 and 5 Series GT but won’t be the last. In case you couldn’t guess, the next revision to the two-door E-Class is built around a major nose job. It brings the car into line with other models that have picked up the frontal direction from the latest CLS coupe. It should be on sale next year.
