CLAS­SIC CAR SHOW

The 28th An­nual Pic­nic at Hang­ing Rock will be staged by the Mace­don Ranges & Dis­trict Mo­tor Club at the pic­turesque Hang­ing Rock re­serve near Wood­end (80km north of Mel­bourne). This is one of the largest clas­sic shows in Australia, with more than 2500 clas­sic ve­hi­cles in at­ten­dance, along with dis­plays and trade stands, plus the Shan­nons Su­per Rig. Plenty of en­ter­tain­ment for kids of all ages. On-site food stalls or bring your own pic­nic (no BBQs). En­try $20 a car/com­mer­cial and $5 for mo­tor­cy­cles and pedes­tri­ans. SHOW & SHINE

The Lang Lang Show & Shine, fea­tur­ing hot rods, bikes and cus­tom and clas­sic cars. Plus swap meet and stalls, mo­tor mower “rac­ing may­hem” and kids rides and ac­tiv­i­ties. BREAK­FAST CLUB

The Gipp­s­land Sport­ing & Clas­sic Car Reg­is­ter’s Break­fast Club, on the sec­ond Sun­day of each month. Bring your sport­ing, clas­sic or spe­cial ve­hi­cle, browse or chat with fel­low en­thu­si­asts and grab a cup of cof­fee or bite of break­fast. Up to 100 cars on dis­play. All wel­come. CO­BRA’S ON DIS­PLAY

The Co­bra Car Club’s Mem­bers Day, fea­tur­ing up to 40 Co­bras on dis­play, with their own­ers keen to dis­cuss the ve­hi­cles. At Caribbean Gar­dens, 1280 Fern­tree Gully Rd, Scoresby, from 8.30am-1.30pm.
