Nagam­bie Speed­way hosts Round Two of the 55 Lap Gold Rush, where in­de­pen­dently reg­is­tered cars battle it out to take home the top prize. Rac­ing starts at 11am both days. Adults $20 ($30 week­end), child 1216yrs/aged pen­sioner $10 ($15), fam­ily $50 ($65). On Nagam­bie-Heath­cote Rd, 8km from Nagam­bie. On the Satur­day, spec­ta­tors bring a chair and line up along Camp and Ford streets, Beech­worth from 4.30- 6pm for the cruise night. On the Sun­day, en­joy the car and old en­gine dis­play in Ford St. Car en­tries must be 25 years or older. Pre­sen­ta­tion of tro­phies for cars and en­gines at 2pm.
