Yarra Valley Chrome Bumpers are holding their monthly Cruise Night tonight, meeting at Bunnings, Maroondah Highway in Chirnside Park, at 7pm. At 9pm, the group cruises to EastLink’s BP service station to display pre-1990s cars until midnight. About 400 cars are displayed per month, with BBQ and drinks catered by the Lilydale CFA (gold coin donation). This is a family friendly, alcohol-free event. NOVEMBER 12-13 BENDIGO SWAP MEET
The Bendigo National Swap meet will be held at the Prince of Wales Showgrounds on Holmes Rd, Bendigo. There will be more than 1600 sites with cars on display and for sale. Onsite catering will be offered by local service clubs. Weekend pass $20 or $15 Saturday and $5 Sunday. Details: 0434 730 822.
