The MFB Motoring Enthusiasts Club is holding a Charity Classic Car & Motorbike Day at the MFB Burnley Complex, 450 Burnley St, Richmond, with all proceeds going to SANDS Victoria (Stillbirth AND Newborn Death Support). Gates open 9.30am-2.30pm, display cars from 8am, $10 fee. There will be plenty of classic cars, motorbikes, and fire trucks on display, as well as the MFB’s live band, Red Red Red. CAR SHOW & FUN DAY
Supporting the Young Veterans Association, an organisation dedicated to supporting veterans of all services, the Melbourne Old School MEGA Car Show will donate all proceeds raised from the Army Jeep rides and raffle ticket sales to the association. There will be hundreds of classic cars along with novelty car rides, food stalls, jumping castles, a photo booth and other free family entertainment, from 10am-3pm at Car Megamart in Pakenham.

FESTIVAL OF WHEELS
The Rotary Clubs of Mordialloc and Hampton are hosting a Classic Car and Motorbike Show at Moorabbin Airport from 10am-4pm. Display cars and bikes to arrive from 8am; entry for display cars $20 and motorbikes $10. Adult entry $5. There will be family activities, classic car and motorbike displays and the Aviation Museum will be open. Proceeds go to Sandringham Hospital and Australian Rotary Health. A range of Jaguars will be displayed at the Jaguar Car Club of Victoria’s annual Concours and Display Day on the oval at Wesley College Glen Waverley campus, 620 High Street Rd, Glen Waverley, from 9am-3pm. ROB ROY HILLCLMB
The 25th Annual Rob Roy Classic & Historic Hillclimb features a range of classic sports cars and specials. Up to 100 cars will be competing against the clock as they race up the second oldest, purpose-built hillclmb track in the world, Clintons Rd, Christmas Hills. All welcome to stroll among the cars, talk to the drivers and see the action close up. Food and drink provided on site by the local Panton Hill CFA. The Hobsons Bay Men’s Shed Motoring Group will meet at 280 Queen St, Altona, from 10am-3pm to show their cars and talk the torque. NOVEMBER 26-27 SWAP MEET
More than 600 cars, motorbikes, custom push bikes, trucks, buses and anything with wheels will be on show at Numurka Showgrounds from 8am. A great family fun day out with lots of free entertainment for the kids, plus a car show with trophies and WWII Mustang aeroplane and aerobatic helicopter flyovers, and more. The swap meet will have up to 300 sites available. Entry for adults $5, kids $2. Vehicle entry is $10 and includes entry for one person. RACE FOR PRIDE
Australia’s newest quarter mile drag strip will have its inaugural run at the Chisholm Reserve Motorsport Complex, Sea Lake-Swan Hill Rd, Swan Hill. This quarter mile drag strip has received international accreditation, and is the longest concrete racing surface in Australia. Gates open at 9am each day with racing from 10am-5.30pm. Saturday is qualifying, Sunday is eliminations. Adults $25, 12-15 years $15, under-12 free, $60 for family. Two-day passes available. This an alcohol-free event, catering on site.
