AERO­DY­NAMIC en­gi­neer Jeff Saun­ders is sell­ing the house he per­son­ally en­gi­neered.

The Saun­ders fam­ily moved into the five-bed­room Howard St house in 2000.

The house was placed deep in the south-fac­ing block around a cen­tral court­yard, for max­i­mum use of light, and all win­dows are dou­ble-glazed.

The house has sev­eral large liv­ing and din­ing ar­eas, a chil­dren’s wing and of­fice and a sep­a­rate wing is used as a home the­atre and gym.

Other fea­tures in­clude a cel­lar and stor­age area plus data-ca­bling through­out and a three-car garage.

Mar­shall White is han­dling ex­pres­sions of in­ter­est, which close on Fri­day. It is ex­pected to sell for more than $1.3 mil­lion.
