Triumph of engineering
AERODYNAMIC engineer Jeff Saunders is selling the house he personally engineered.
The Saunders family moved into the five-bedroom Howard St house in 2000.
The house was placed deep in the south-facing block around a central courtyard, for maximum use of light, and all windows are double-glazed.
The house has several large living and dining areas, a children’s wing and office and a separate wing is used as a home theatre and gym.
Other features include a cellar and storage area plus data-cabling throughout and a three-car garage.
Marshall White is handling expressions of interest, which close on Friday. It is expected to sell for more than $1.3 million.
