CO-INCIDING with a $73,201 cut from the $732,011 cash component of his $1.45 million annual salary package, Skilled Group managing director and chief executive Greg Hargrave is selling-up in Toorak.
Hargrave joined Skilled Group, Australia’s leading provider of staffing services, in 1998 to project-manage the company’s response to Y2K and was appointed CEO in 2003. His pay cut was announced this month, as part of Skilled’s effort to combat challenging business conditions.
Despite the 10 per cent pay cut, Hargraves has hardly fallen on lean times, employing upmarket agency Abercromby’s to sell the modern five-bedroom Linlithgow Rd house.
It has extensive landscaped gardens and plenty of outdoor entertainment options. The 11 main rooms include formal and informal living areas and a kitchen.
A heated swimming pool, gym and main bedroom with walk-in robes are highlights.
Agent Jock Langley is running an expressions-ofinterest campaign closing on May 23 and expects offers in excess of $7 million.
