ANZ Bank executive

is parting ways with his Hamptons-style holiday house in Blairgowrie.

Mr Hand, who was appointed the bank’s managing director of corporate and commercial banking Australia in June, is selling the contemporary four-bedroom home at 11 The Loop via private sale. It has price expectations of $2 million-plus.

Selling agent Emil Foller, of Jellis Craig in Sorrento, said Mr Hand had owned the property for a couple of years.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, the luxury beach house last sold in July 2013 for $1.95 million.

Mr Foller expected a buyer looking for a seachange to snap up the property, which boasted a “coastal feel” and was located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach and the recently redeveloped Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron.
