Eltham duo eye a new work of art

and are look­ing to cre­ate a new can­vas af­ter listing their mud-brick re­treat at Eltham.

Ms Bosch’s art­work has been ex­hib­ited at Afrikana Gallery and Birds Gallery, while Mr de Kock has also ex­hib­ited at Afrikana Gallery.

The couple bought the three-bed­room home at 2/33 Park West Rd when it was four years old and have made sub­stan­tial im­prove­ments, cre­at­ing liv­ing spa­ces and a lush gar­den room.

Floor-to­ceil­ing and clerestory win­dows al­low nat­u­ral light to flood the for­mal liv­ing area be­neath a soaring ceil­ing, while the ca­sual meals area opens to a choice of decks in the gar­den.

Ms Bosch (above) said she worked on her art in a stu­dio on the property, while her hus­band had a sep­a­rate stu­dio.

Gayle Black­wood, of Mor­ri­son Klee­man, Eltham, is han­dling the ex­pres­sions of in­ter­est cam­paign, which closes on De­cem­ber 16. Price expectations are be­tween $750,000 and $820,000.
