GOLFERS recently hit the fairways at Sandhurst Golf Club for the annual Oli E Foundation charity golf day.

More than 150 players representing local businesses, including O’Brien Real Estate, raised money to support cerebral palsy sufferer Olivia Evans and her family, as well as other families that have children with special needs.

O’Brien general manager Jason Mudford said the group were a proud supporter, raising $85,470 over the past year. YOU wouldn’t expect anything less than gold-embossed shovels to break ground for the $500 million South Yarra development promoted by actor Charlize Theron.

Victorian Small Business Innovation and Trade Minister Philip Dalidakis, left, and Stonnington mayor Claude Ullin helped developer Larry Kestleman, centre, turn the first sod for the Capitol Grand project last week. Situated on the bustling corner of Toorak Rd and Chapel St, the project will mark Melbourne’s first sixstar retail and residential precinct with two towers linked by the retail zone.

Buyers will enjoy a private concierge service and two architect-designed swimming pools, while upper-level residents will have access to an infinity pool on level 33.
