Block terrace up for grabs
A SLEEK South Melbourne terrace is back on the market after it was transformed on
four years ago. Energy Watch boss Daniel Wallis bought 403 Dorcas St — the home completed by brothers Mike and Andrew — at the fifth season’s auction finale for $1,400,001.01.
Hocking Stuart auctioneer David Wood said the house had been used as a Ronald McDonald house, providing a place for parents of sick children staying at the Royal Children’s Hospital.
It heads to auction today at 11am, with price expectations of more than $1.6 million.
