The spin king (left) sold the six- bed­room es­tate in 2007 for $8.75 mil­lion and it changed hands again in 2009 for $10.1 mil­lion.

The 3014sq m es­tate, in the Brighton school precinct, fea­tures mul­ti­ple liv­ing zones, a fully-tiled pool and spa, and a mod-grass ten­nis court.

The house was first listed in late 2014 through JP Dixon but was taken off the mar­ket late last year.

JP Dixon direc­tor Jonathon Dixon is han­dling the pri­vate sale, while an­other lo­cal agent is also list­ing the prop­erty.
