The 3014sq m estate, in the Brighton school precinct, features multiple living zones, a fully-tiled pool and spa, and a mod-grass tennis court.
The house was first listed in late 2014 through JP Dixon but was taken off the market late last year.
JP Dixon director Jonathon Dixon is handling the private sale, while another local agent is also listing the property.
