A MALVERN home transformed by adman-turnedproperty developer
is set to go under the hammer today.
Selling agent Andrew Hayne of Marshall White, Armadale, said Mr Condon, the former managing director of advertising agency DDB, and his wife, an interior designer, bought 5A Ewart St to do up and sell.
Mr Hayne said the couple renovated and extended the red-brick Edwardian “as if it was going to be their home”.
“They renovated out and up, adding a second-storey extension and the highest quality fittings and fixtures,” he said.
