“They ren­o­vated out and up, adding a sec­ond-storey ex­ten­sion and the high­est qual­ity fit­tings and fix­tures,” he said.

The in­te­rior fea­tures three bed­rooms, plus a study or fourth bed­room, an en­suite for the mas­ter bed­room, a sec­ond bath­room, a kitchen with Miele ap­pli­ances, and a fire­place in the spa­cious liv­ing and din­ing room that opens on to a gar­den.

It will be auc­tioned at 2.30pm to­day, with a price guide of $1.6 mil­lion-plus.
