★★★ CM Storm’s top-of-the-range mouse sits beside precision military hardware on its website. Obviously its makers are pitching to the gaming market, and it fits the bill. It’s big (perhaps too big for small hands), metallic-looking, robustly built and has an overblown laser tracking system (5600dpi). In fact, it’s so bulky and sensitive the Sentinel is made exclusively for gaming. It can store up to five profiles, for five different users or gaming scenarios, and users can also change the physical weight of the device to match the game response. Oh, and the makers throw a game (Shattered Horizon) in to boot.
