SAUSAGES. Even the chi-chi ones, like tonight’s apple cider duck sausages with apple and onion chutney, or the pork and fennel ones with special tomato sauce, or the rosemary and lamb ones with caramelised onions, they’re still basically mystery bags. And that outer coat thing they’re in doesn’t help. Nobody ever really knows what that casing’s made of. Not even on this show. People don’t talk about that.
