DIANNE BUTLER OUT OF THE BOX
THE 10-year anniversary of the Bali bombing tomorrow provides an opportunity for a look at how some of the key Australian Federal Police involved found out it was a suicide attack, how it was done, and who did it. Several of the agents — including Tim Morris (pictured), who was in charge, and the main forensics guy, David Royds — are interviewed, and discuss what was for them and Australia a crime without precedent. Tonight’s second is less absorbing but still pretty big nonetheless: Operation Cyrene — mountains of Colombian cocaine. Weird fact: cocaine here is twice the price it is in the US.
