DIANNE BUTLER OUT OF THE BOX

Herald Sun - Switched On - - Weekly Preview - MOONE BOY, ABC1, 8pm

MARTIN’S mother Mrs Moone and her friends at the Scissors Palace are busy campaigning for Mary Robinson to become Ireland’s first female president. Very busy, because they only have one sign they have to keep moving every night. They decide to try door- knocking to raise some money for more signs, except the only person in Boyle with any money is Francie ‘‘ Touchy’’ Feeley (Steve Coogan, genius) and none of the women want to ask him. Martin, feeling neglected, and hating his sister’s cooking, finds a new friend – other than his imaginary one (Chris O’Dowd). One whose mother is a pastry chef.
