DIANNE BUTLER OUT OF THE BOX
DON’T worry if the first half hour of Hunted has you wondering, it’s just setting things up, then it turns into a normal spy show, a prettier version of Spooks. I won’t hear a word against Melissa George and here’s why: she’s just right to play Sam Hunter, a spy with a lot of bad memories who’s angry and suspicious and for good reason, as you will have found out at the start. Plus she’s gorgeous, which helps with all sorts of cases, such as tonight’s involving Stephen Turner, a vulnerable widower and his lonely young son. Sam’s target is really Stephen’s father Jack (played by Patrick Malahide).
