DIANNE BUTLER OUT OF THE BOX

Herald Sun - Switched On - - Sunday - NEIGHBOURS, Eleven, 6.30pm

WHAT’S the connection between Susan and Toadie? Susan and Sonya? Susan and anyone? Or is she like that old woman in The Sopranos who went to all the funerals even though nobody knew who she was? We’re back in Erinsborough tonight just as Sonya’s been admitted to hospital, with Karl about to perform emergency baby removal of some sort. Yes, shudder to think. I mean, if it doesn’t involve a microphone, they’re in trouble. Susan’s dropped everything to be there in her capacity as the new Mrs Mangel, and the baby, assuming Karl doesn’t mangle things himself, will be called Nell.
