BIT of carry on over licorice to begin with. I must say, Nigella does have a very fancy case she keeps her supplies in. I’m starting to see why she needs that massive kitchen. I don’t really know why she needs all this licorice on hand, in the middle of London, but I kind of love her for it. She uses tiny lozenges in her licorice pudding. I think she must always start with a dessert. Priorities. I’ll be skipping the clam dish (and the lamb, with its ‘‘ Bollywood moment’’) and moving straight on to the icecream cake with raspberries. She wore that spotted top last week.
