DIANNE BUTLER OUT OF THE BOX

Herald Sun - Switched On - - Thursday - MIDSOMER MURDERS, ABC1, 8.30pm

MIXED feelings here for many of you I suppose. You’d be all, ah yes, Midsomer Murders, the greatest show in the history of the cathode ray tube, but then be like, dammit, it’s that John Barnaby whipper snapper. Still, Midsomer Murders eh? On a Sunday night. Fairly gritty too, for the green pastures of this show. Grady Felton went to prison as a teenager for the murder of a biggish wig’s son. He’s out now and wants to sell his house, get back to normal: let the revenge killings begin. Are they the work of Grady? Grady and a partner? Someone else entirely?
