A 2696 DIGITAL, INTERNET& FM TUNER

Herald Sun - Switched On - - Gadgets -

Opus One, $399 www.altronics.com.au ★★★★ There is a feel of quality in the construction of this tuner designed to fit in with your stack of hi-fi products. Despite the thickness of the manual, it’s relatively easy to set this up on a wi-fi network (or you can choose to connect it to your home network through an Ethernet cable). There is a USB port on the back, but the most common use for this is likely to be as a digital radio and internet radio. Once you put in your wi-fi password and scan for digital radio stations, you’re good to go. You will need to connect it to your home hi-fi system, using either the supplied RCA cable or your own optical cable. You can also control the device with a free iOS or Android app.
