The Moto G4 Plus proves you can still buy a lot of technology for one third the cost of a flagship smartphone. The 5.5-inch mid-range device offers water resistance, a 16-megapixel camera with phase-detect autofocus, a speedy and accurate fingerprint scanner, and two SIM card slots so you can make the most of two accounts at once. Google Android remains largely untouched for a clean look, and the Plus features a healthy 3000mAh battery, and an octa-core chip. Its screen has a lower but acceptable resolution, and it’s not as speedy as its pricey rivals, but this 4G phone is worth considering.
