Tyler finds a happy Medium

Tyler Henry jokes he saw it coming when his hit reality series, Hollywood Medium, was renewed for a second season.

The 20-year-old psychic to the stars (above) can laugh about the runaway success of his E! series, even if he now has little time to watch himself back on the show that has made him a star.

“The funny thing is I will film all day and do readings and then when I come home, the last thing I want to do is turn the TV on,” he tells Switched On.

Henry’s TV profile – making cosmic connections between celebrity clients and their late loved ones – has sent his private medium business into the stratosphere, building up a waiting list for Skype, phone and personal readings of 85,000-plus.

The raw emotion of readings in the latest season – which features Kris Jenner and singer Moby – is what Henry believes will continue to drive interest. His connection to Moby’s late mother was especially rewarding.

“He basically went into it not knowing what to expect and left knowing without a shadow of a doubt his mother had communicated with him.

“To see that electric experience, right before your eyes, was intense for me and I left with my head buzzing. It took a couple of days to come down from that because you could see how much he got out of that experience.”
