MEL­BOURNE swel­tered through its hottest day since Fe­bru­ary, but weather ex­perts say re­lief is in sight as a cool change is ex­pected to hit to­day. The city reached a top of 34 de­grees yes­ter­day but Bu­reau of Me­te­o­rol­ogy se­nior fore­caster Richard Car­lyon on says Mel­bur­ni­ans can ex­pect cooler weather to­day, be­fore a pre­dicted top of 21 de­greeses to­mor­row.
