Fev’s recipe for love

Herald Sun - - CONFIDENTIAL -

FORMER AFL star BRENDAN FEVOLA has shared marriage advice with loved-up realityTV stars SARAH ROZA and TELV WILLIAMS.

Fevola, who famously won back the heart of his ex-wife ALEX after they split in 2010, told Confidential: “It’s probably wrong to take advice from me because I got divorced, and now my ex-wife is my fiancee, which is a reality show in itself.

“But my advice is happy wife, happy life,” said Fevola, a Fox FM broadcaster and AFL Footy Show panellist. “You’ve got to be make sure you’re present in everyday life.

“Alex and I really enjoy the same things, being around our kids and being around each other. I’m happy when she’s happy.”

Fevola said they planned to remarry at the end of the year, but added with a laugh: “Maybe we’ll go on Married At First Sight in 2019.”

Roza and Williams, who will appear on The Footy Show tonight, also gave their romance suggestions to Fevola (right).

Williams said: “Be emotionally available and try and put yourself in her shoes when you are arguing.”

Roza said: “Always treat her as if you’re still trying to win her and that’s how you’ll never lose her. The couples that are meant to be are the ones who go through everything that is meant to tear them apart and come out even stronger.”

On the show, Roza and Williams hit a rocky patch when Telv zoned out while on Snapchat. Roza had advice for that, too. She said: “Switch off social media when together.”
