ANOTHER DAY, NOTHING NEW

Herald Sun - - NEWS -

LEBANON’S oldest newspaper, An-Nahar, was completely blank on Thursday — in protest at the country’s political deadlock and economic woes.

Despite more than five months of wrangling, premier-designate Saad Hariri has not formed a government. An-Nahar, founded in 1933, published eight blank pages in print and linkless white boxes on its online home page, posting headlines but no news.
