1 tsp pa­prika 3/4 tsp dried thyme 3/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp gar­lic pow­der 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp ground black pep­per 1/4 tsp cayenne pep­per, or more to taste 700g large prawns, peeled and de-veined 1 tsp veg­etable oil Lime, to serve

Method 1. Com­bine pa­prika, thyme, oregano, gar­lic pow­der, salt, pep­per, and cayenne pep­per in a seal­able plas­tic bag and shake to mix. Add prawns and shake to coat. 2. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium high heat. Cook and stir prawns in hot oil un­til they are bright pink on the out­side and the meat is no longer trans­par­ent in the cen­tre for about four min­utes. 3. Squeeze lime over your prawns to taste and serve.
