Highfields' Own - - REAL ESTATE -

The weather may be hot at the moment but the local market is even hotter with everything selling at the moment.

I had buyers securing contracts on Christmas Eve and appointments right through the Christmas and New Years period.

Recently I’ve had up to five calls on one day just with people driving by and calling from the ‘For Sale’ sign.

One property went on the internet on a Tuesday and sold the next day for a great price.

In particular all properties on a half-acre to an acre are in very strong demand.

This is great if you’re selling, but buyers are crying out to see more properties, and there are very few on the market at the moment so if a buyer doesn’t act quickly they will miss out.

Highfields in particular is growing in popularity with all the infrastructure that is here now.

People are loving the area and the atmosphere — a number of recent purchasers have commented on the local community spirit, which is a lot stronger than other areas they have lived in before.

So if you are considering selling or downsizing please give me a call or drop into the office — otherwise keep enjoying this great place that we are lucky to call home.
