Egg blow­ing

1. Pierce a whole at each end of the egg us­ing a pin, mak­ing one hole slightly larger than the other. 2. Hold­ing the egg over a bowl, blow into the smaller hole firmly yet gen­tly un­til all yolk and white is re­moved. 3. Wash the egg gen­tly, then leave to dry overnight.
