NOTE

Highfields' Own - - Contents -

IT’S such a beautiful time of year on the Darling Downs — the flowers are out and it’s warming up.

Our last edition was the very first edition of our re-branded ‘Highfields Style’ name, and I’d like to thank everyone for the overwhelming response and well wishes.

Our magazine is growing in leaps and bounds, and we’re very excited to be supported by such a close-knit, caring community.

In this issue we meet April Hildred from Must Be April Photography, a wonderful local photographer who worked with world-renowned model Madeline Stuart in her Highfields outdoor studio.

We also chat about the rise of the make-up industry, with local make-up artist Tegan Radford giving us the inside scoop.

We check out the awesome new Crave Food Festival in our Be Scene pages, run by the fantastic crew in the Mary Mackillop Catholic College P&F Association.

At the moment we’re really excited about getting everyone on board for digital subscribing – having Highfields Style sent out to people via email makes life so much easier. If you’d like me to organise that for you, send me an email with your full name and email address, or send our Facebook page, Highfields Style Magazine, a message with those details. The best part is, it doesn’t cost you a cent.

As always, I love hearing from you – feel free to send me a message on Facebook or via email.
