Swans prepare for finals clash with Bulldogs
SWAN Districts is hoping supporters who turned out to see Tony Notte’s 200th game and win over West Perth will be back cheering on the team this Sunday.
Swans take on South Fremantle at Fremantle Oval in the WAFL semifinal this Sunday.
Coach Greg Harding said his side was going into the Bulldogs clash with confidence, having won six of the eight quarters in two of their battles this season.
“I’ve been very happy with our preparations this week and barring any illness we will go in with an unchanged lineup,” he said.
“Last week’s crowd was enormous and gave the boys great support.”
Swans’ colts and reserves are also playing semi-finals at Fremantle Oval this Sunday, the colts against East Perth at 8.50am and the reserves against Claremont at 11.25am.
Tony Notte is chaired off Bassendean Oval last Sunday after the Swans’ elimination final win.
