Swans pre­pare for fi­nals clash with Bull­dogs

SWAN Dis­tricts is hop­ing sup­port­ers who turned out to see Tony Notte’s 200th game and win over West Perth will be back cheer­ing on the team this Sun­day.

Swans take on South Fre­man­tle at Fre­man­tle Oval in the WAFL semi­fi­nal this Sun­day.

Coach Greg Hard­ing said his side was go­ing into the Bull­dogs clash with con­fi­dence, hav­ing won six of the eight quar­ters in two of their bat­tles this sea­son.

“I’ve been very happy with our prepa­ra­tions this week and bar­ring any ill­ness we will go in with an un­changed lineup,” he said.

“Last week’s crowd was enor­mous and gave the boys great sup­port.”

Swans’ colts and re­serves are also play­ing semi-fi­nals at Fre­man­tle Oval this Sun­day, the colts against East Perth at 8.50am and the re­serves against Clare­mont at 11.25am.

Tony Notte is chaired off Bassendean Oval last Sun­day af­ter the Swans’ elim­i­na­tion fi­nal win.
