Travel bug at zoo

PERTH Zoo's Project Pass­port will let vis­i­tors travel the globe with­out leav­ing WA these school hol­i­days.

Ex­plor­ers are be­ing en­cour­aged to col­lect a pass­port at the zoo and match the spe­cially-cre­ated an­i­mal pass­port pho­tos with the real an­i­mals.

“These school hol­i­days you don't have to leave Western Aus­tralia to have an in­ter­na­tional ad­ven­ture,” Perth Zoo spokes­woman Danielle Henry said.

“Project Pass­port

There's also Raja the ko­modo dragon.

Perth Zoo is also cel­e­brat­ing the birth of its brand new pygmy mar­moset ba­bies.

“The pygmy mar­moset is so small, it fits in a hu­man palm,” Ms Henry said.

Project Pass­port runs from Satur­day, Septem­ber 23, to Sun­day, Oc­to­ber 8.
