RES­I­DENTS want­ing to make a dif­fer­ence in their com­mu­nity are asked to con­sider join­ing Mun­dar­ing Shire’s in­clu­sion and dis­Abil­ity ac­cess ad­vi­sory group.

The IDAAG team get to­gether once ev­ery three months to dis­cuss ways to cre­ate a more in­clu­sive en­vi­ron­ment.

To join, the only re­quire­ment is to be a com­mu­nity mem­ber who has a dis­abil­ity, a fam­ily friend or carer of some­one with a dis­abil­ity, or the rep­re­sen­ta­tive of an or­gan­i­sa­tion pro­vid­ing ser­vices for peo­ple with dis­abil­i­ties.

Any­one un­able to at­tend in per­son is en­cour­aged to use Skype or send their views via email.
