Assault charges in July incidents
A MAN who allegedly assaulted and injured his female partner is due to face court next month. He appeared in Midland Magistrates Court on Tuesday accused of aggressively assaulting his partner and causing bodily harm during an altercation in July. Police charged the 29-yearold with unlawful assault and criminal damage or destruction of property over the July 29 incident. Magistrate Martin Flynn adjourned the matter until September 11. On the same weekend in July, Mundaring police charged another man and a woman with family violence offences. Police who were called to an incident in Mahogany Creek charged a 45-year-old man with common assault.
