AUSSIE HEATWAVE IS HOT TO GO

Hills to Hawkesbury Living Magazine - - Feature Article -

When local entrepreneur Michael Leary researched hot water pressure cleaners for his new business, “Call Jack” - Property Maintenance and Pressure Cleaning, he settled on a compact unit from Aussie Pumps. Called the Aussie Heatwave, the unit is designed to be mobile without the need for a built in water tank.

Manufactured in the US by Hydrotek, the world’s leaders in engine drive steam cleaners, the new machine offers 4,000 psi pressure and temperatures up to 130 degrees.

Using steam means Michael can easily clean off stubborn stains including mould, grease and even chewing gum without the use of harsh chemicals. His business has already secured a number of strata cleaning contracts and he plans to complement this with domestic property cleaning too.

The Aussie Heatwave is powered by a Honda GX390 13 horsepower electric start engine with a 14 amp charge circuit. This enables the unit to operate efficiently without separate generators or alternators. It provides sufficient charge to run the diesel powered burner and the complete unit is compact enough to fit in the back of a ute with a high-top canopy.

Michael uses a range of labour saving accessories including a turbo lance and flat surface cleaner to produce fast, streak free results. The new Aussie Heatwave is a revolution in design. It is a great quality machine but served up to Australian users at a value packed price. It is expected to be of real interest to cleaning contractors who might normally use a cold water machine but are interested in the benefits cleaning with steam can achieve.

Further information on the new Heatwave is available from Australian Pump Industries and online at www.aussiepumps. com.au. For information on “Call Jack” - Property Maintenance and Pressure Cleaning contact Michael Leary on 0416 663 701.
