Golfers took to the greens at the Riverside Oaks Golf Course Cattai last Friday November 17 to support the annual Bring A Mate Sydney Hills Business Chamber Challenge Golf Day.

A dozen teams, representing businesses across the hills played to raise awareness of men’s mental and physical health initiatives in the community.

“Some great raffle prizes donated by generous businesses and support from local sponsors Attard’s Kitchens and Patterson Built helped raise $3000 for Bring A Mate and its work in the Hills community," said organiser Kerrie Sheaves.

“This year’s event and the previous three years have helped the Bring A Mate team to connect with men and women in the business community encouraging them to develop healthy relationships and better work life balance. “Our partnership with the Sydney Hills Business Chamber has been a great opportunity to provide not just a fun networking day, but also connect business owners and their colleagues with important information about looking after their mental health, and supporting each other. “

Tim and Kerrie Sheaves (Bring A Mate) and Terrisa and Brett Murray (Make Bullying History Foundation) get ready to tee off at Riverside Oaks in the Bring A Mate Sydney Hills Business Chamber Challenge Golf Day.
