The state government is spending $73 billion in infrastructure across NSW over the next four years - more than what the nation

is spending in the next decade. This state's growth, infrastructure and success is undoubtedly the backbone of Australia's economy. No small feat that coming from a place where we were last in the nation, we are now the strongest economy and (have) the strongest budget position. The biggest "game changer" project for NSW is the Western Sydney airport set to open in 2026 with an "aerotropolis" city to be built around it. This area will be home to Australia's space capital, freight logistics hub and the jobs of the future. Connecting the greater west to the north and south will also give huge opportunities. It's not just Sydney that's seeing an infrastructure boom, with onethird of the government's investment in rural and regional NSW. This infrastructure investment has contributed to business investment, which has increased by 10 per cent over the past 12 months, in comparison to the 20 per cent decrease across Australia.

Stamp Duty For First Home Buyers

For more than 10,000 first home owners in NSW the dream of owning their own home became a reality in the first quarter of this financial year and we want to make sure people know that assistance is available. I’m urging anyone who hasn’t heard about our stamp duty relief to check our website, or ask your agent because it just might make the difference for you. The number of individuals or families who have secured keys to their first home with the help of stamp duty relief surged to 10,496 since July.

Preschool Fees Lowered

The NSW Government has delivered on its commitment to make early childhood education more affordable for families, with fees already dropping by an average of 25 per cent thanks to the Start Strong Reforms.

The preliminary results from the 2017 Preschool Census, which surveyed more than 730 community preschools in NSW, shows fees dropping for the first time ever in NSW after years of neglect from former Labor governments. This is huge news for families! For More Information visit: www.raywilliamsmp.com.au
