Friends of Cas­tle Hill Li­brary are in need of books but they have to be in good con­di­tion and less than five years old. Do­na­tions of re­cent adult, chil­dren’s and youth fic­tion can be dropped off only on

Satur­day Au­gust 25 at Cas­tle Hill Li­brary be­tween 9:30 am and 3:00 pm.

If you are on the hunt for good qual­ity sec­ond hand books the pop-up book sale will be Fri­day, Au­gust 31 be­tween 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM and on Satur­day, Septem­ber 1 be­tween 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM.

All pro­ceeds go to­wards pur­chas­ing ex­tra re­sources for Hills Shire Li­brary Ser­vice Prices range from $1 to $2 (col­lecta­bles as marked). Cash only.

Visit Chap­ters Café dur­ing the book sale and pur­chase the cof­fee and cake spe­cial* to re­ceive one free book from the book sale (con­di­tions ap­ply).

Cas­tle Hill Li­brary is on the cnr of Pen­nant St and Cas­tle St, Cas­tle Hill.
