This July, however, the seasonal entertainment company brings the winter magic to the Southern Hemisphere. Professional ice artisans will hand-place 10,000 icicles a day to create the interactive castles. Kids will be enchanted by the caves, tunnels and slides constructed entirely from ice, which will glow at night from the colour-changing LED lights embedded inside the ice. icecastles.com/new-zealand
